Fire safety

Year 1 and 2  recently had a visit from the local fire brigade. They found out lots about fire safety and also had the chance to explore the fire engine. They were even allowed to spray water from the hose!

Children in Need 2017

We took part in the Big Spotacular as part of Children in Need this year. Pupils and staff came to school dressed in spotty clothing and we raised £134 from donations.

Year 2 were delighted to welcome Anjali’s grandmother into school a few weeks ago to talk about Diwali.  It was such an amazing experience for the class.  She used the children to tell the story, using beautiful costumes and candles to enhance the story.
